"There is a $50 refundable deposit or incidentals. Front desk staff is very friendly & answers all questions. All the other staff I dealt with were equally wonderful & helpful from housekeeping to the wonderful lady who set-up breakfast daily, continuously checking that guests still had ample bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, etc for breakfast. The room was clean. Heater was practically noiseless & worked well. Provided toiletries were my favorite - Dove - & getting more individual Dove hand soaps, lotions, etc was not a problem with staff. Room was clean with neatly placed items on counters/in bathroom. Towels were plentiful, clean & nicely folded. There was a choice between a room with indoor entry or a room with exterior door entrance (like a motel.) This stay was a King bed, business room with indoor access. The bed was huge - it probably could fit 3 adults comfortably. It was extremely comfortable with a soft, thick comforter & starched clean white sheets. In the areas of the hotel I passed through, I noted 4 soda/vending machines but know there were more throughout the property. I used 3 of the 4. Each were well stocked with a variety of snacks & drinks. Though this review is only for a one night stay, this one night is actually an extension of a 12 night stay. All-in-all, it was an excellent experience & I would not hesitate to book at this property again"

"I give this hotel 5's in every area because it meets or exceeds expectations in every area for what it is. One doesn't expect the Ritz, but you fear Papa's backroad cabins with the outhouse. What I look for is value for money. This hotel makes that ratio as equal as any at which I've stayed. I repeat my criticism from the first review: the television offerings suck. It is not a good luck for the hotel, particularly given the other 5's, and Direct TV is doing itself no favors. I actually considered them as a provider before living with them here. This matters for those of us who must spend time in the hotel as opposed to just overnighting and getting out. Even the local weather isn't available without waiting for the scroll to show the whole country.. Better coffee in the room (I should say stronger, i.e. dark roast - Green Mountain's pretty good) would be nice. They make up for that with the breakfast offerings and I haven't really felt the lack.. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.."
