"Very comfy bed and pillows. Great night's sleep. Very strange toilet in the bathroom, when you flushed it water splashed out on the floor. To get here from Gatwick Airport, follow the signs from the train station to buses downstairs. Go to Bay 9, and you can catch the bus from there. Be aware it's 5 pounds each way, so this adds quite a bit to your hotel stay. The hotel could do with explaining how and where you get the bus from the airport as it's really confusing for tourists. I would stay again though, as it was an extremely comfortable room. "

"Second time here with family. The atomsphere and facility is of 4 star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is locates in a beautiful area and has great facilities. There is indoor swimming pool and a gym. It is close to many important landmarks including Thrope park. Also there are nice walking paths in the area "

"Nice hotel, pleasant clean room with a great view, friendly, helpful staff, and good buffet breakfast. It's not the closest hotel to Gatwick, but is only about a 10-minute taxi ride away, so it's definitely manageable. I would stay there again."

"Very good Hotel. Check in was excellent, the lady on the desk extremely helpful. Beautiful champagne bar and everywhere was in good condition. The room was spacious, the bed enormous and the shower and bath brand new. Staff in the bar and elsewhere were excellent."
