"The hotel is very Japanese classic, you need to take off your shoes and store it at the entrance. Besides that, it is great! The staffs there are super friendly; The hot spring is definitely top tier, with nature spring hot water in. Room is also Japanese style, room is spacious and cozy. The only thing that need to notice is that the area does not have much public transportation or taxi services, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you, but need to prepare additional waiting time."

"Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."

"The service provided by the staffs are exceptional. We booked a traditional Japanese room with futon beds and the beds were prepared by the hotel staffs. The room feels a bit old but very comfy and clean. Both buffet dinner and breakfast were included and not to mention the great onsen. The view from the outdoor onsen on level B2 after snow completely fullfilled your expectations. We will definitely return to this venue in future."

"Nice LARGE hotel. We were there in the winter for the onsen. Many Chinese tourists. Buffet was good. The onsen large and nice to explore, albeit arcanish (some Roman influence 😛). Many pools to explore wide wide range in temperatures). Overall a good place to stay. The bus runs from the JR station to in front of the hotel, could be difficult with large luggage or get a taxi (about $15). One night ok. Maybe 2. "

"Well located property with free parking. Clean comfortable room with fast wifi. Offers indoor and outdoor Onsens. Free Soba, Ice Cream at night and yogurt drink in the morning with manga to read. Dormy Inn is a top choice for onsen and food lovers as well. Staff offers excelletn service from parking to check-in. Breakfast offers wide variety of choices and great value and delicious all-around. Highly recommend Dormy Inn for value and servicde. What a perfect experience and our second time staying with Dormy Inn. We came with high expectations and they still exceed it!!! Thank You!!!"

"Great place to stay! Easy access to different must-go places. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Except for the breakfast buffet which end at 9:30. When it says 9:30, it means that everyone needs to leave at that time. We were obviously not aware of that and kept working on what’s left in our plates when one man seemed like a manager came with a raised voice saying “Out, out!” Guess that’s the culture difference."
