"Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. I know it's not common outside the US, but tipping the buggy drivers or room cleaners is always appreciated. Negatives Tourists. The amount of families that do not watch their kids, let them run rampant or the amount of adults that act incredibly entitled is astounding. During my 4 days, I witnessed a grown man sitting in the entrance fountain lounging like it was a pool, a woman take a paddleboard that was reserved for another guest and would not return it even after I told her the rental guidelines, a father letting his child walk along the outside border of the infinity pool on the other side of the glass where the drop was about 4 meters. If you go travel to another country that's not your own, please don't be that kind of tourist. "

"Booked a room with pool access which was a little misleading as the pool which is outside the room is about knee deep. "Our first visit to Phu Quoc was made truly unforgettable by our stay at the JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. We opted for a spacious one-bedroom villa, while our friend enjoyed the stunning Turquoise Suite, complete with a private pool and breathtaking ocean views. The resort’s whimsical, university-themed concept was a delight, offering countless opportunities for memorable photos. One of the highlights was dining at the Pink Pearl, a restaurant that perfectly balances glamour and indulgence with its exquisite decor and superb culinary experience. Special thanks to the exceptional butler team, Di, Joy, and Marcus, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. Ms. Di reached out to us even before our arrival, arranging a thoughtful celebration for our anniversary. The personalized service extended to a warm welcome from the General Manager, which made us feel truly valued. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options from authentic Vietnamese dishes to international favorites. The only drawback was the strong winds during our stay, which unfortunately limited our ability to fully enjoy the beautiful Emerald Bay and Ice Cream Beach. However, the resort is conveniently located—just a short bus ride to Sunset Town with its vibrant dining scene, as well as close proximity to Sun World and the Kiss Bridge. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!"

Decent variety of food, even if the prices seem high, but reasonable for a resort of this quality. Breakfast buffet was great and had a large selection. Highly recommend staying here "

Condition is very good in the room and the whole resorts. Definitely will stay again. Nice breakfast and excellent pool. Only wish the activities will have more slot or space because it’s so easy to get fully booked. "

"Our second visit here as we enjoyed so much last year. A great hotel with large swimming pool and other lagoon pools taking you down to private beach with good beach bar and lunch menu. Very well set out and beautifully landscaped. Walking Street is directly opposite the hotel providing several dining options from restaurants to street food. Also shopping stalls and even entertainment on Weekend evenings. Easy enough to get a taxi to Long Beach and other beach bars/restaurants. Very good buffet breakfast in the hotel.
