"Unfortunately, we never received the check-in information regarding the cabin. We’re staying in ahead of time, but we figured it out on our own when I try to contact the owner. Their information wasn’t on the Expedia website cabinet was clean but needs some updating, but this area is very beautiful. Some of the cabins look like they’ve been updated so I’m hoping they get to the one that we stayed in as well. "This cottage was clean and modern, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Also had lovely views as it was up on a hill. Nice big windows, comfortable beds, washer/dryer. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking lodging in Northern Iceland!"

"Check in was easy. The cottage is very lovely with nice windows in all directions. We also got to enjoy the peaceful outdoor hot tub as well. Host communication was excellent. We were sort of stuck because there was an overnight snow storm. But host came to clear the snow for us very quickly. Overall we loved and enjoyed very much of our stay."

"The shared facilities were the best for camping. The pods we slept in felt great although we flipped the mattress, the space the had many outlets, ample heat and insulated walls. Surrounding the area with cool walking paths to a lake and the waterfall by the restaurant was amazing! It's a dark zone to see the sky perfectly at night! "
