"The quiet country setting was the perfect first night of our tour thru Europe. The historical of a former brickyard/ industrial site added charm and character. In March there were only a few guests. Our room was clean and comfortable. Shower floor was bathroom floor, but functioned well."

"room is convenient and of good size, also appreciated the fridge and great coffee machine. Good to have a pool, but it was a bit cold, and there isn't a changing area or towels nearby (need to go back to reception). there is also no water cooler in the pool nor gym area. Gym was a bit dated, but usable. We didn't have our room cleaned when we stayed a bit longer in the room which was a bit of a frustrating surprise."

"The hotel is in a perfect location to get to easily from Arnhem Centraal station within 10-15 minute walk. Also very easy to walk around the city centre. Lots of shops and places to eat. "We've stayed here quite a few yearns now for Xmas and it's always been a bit hit and miss. It's not a bad hotel, but it somehow never seems to live up to the 5 stars. Service can be spotty, and the rooms have some very guest unfriendly features. For example, there's a table in every room that can be used to control a lot of the in-room functions, but the hotel also sends notifications to it daily at around 7am. So, unless you want to be woken up at 7am, make sure to drop the tablet into a drawer...
