Wants to be a five star facility but is far from it.
Right from the start with there being no parking to even unload suitcases to a complete lack amenities in the room. It was like someone went along the road and picked up what ever people were tossing out to furnish and decorate the room. Very disappointing when you get a place that has a total of 2 drinking glasses, one hand towel, one dirty dish towel, etc. the list goes on and on but the beaten up old couch was on a level of its own. The mouse trap in the living room was the clenched! Haha.

Not fancy, but five stars for utilitarian
This apartment had everything we needed for our five day stay. It was not too far from the QEII Hospital for regular visits to our son. Kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and lunches. The bed was perfect! There was free charging for our EV at Steele Subaru very close by. Heat pump kept us comfortable even in the 34° C hot spell. We were well looked after and had immediate responses from the manager—very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I are in our early 80s and after we checked out I asked if she would want to book there again if needed. She answered without hesitation “Yes!” Which surprised me a little because she had been leaning towards booking a hotel. We are one happy couple!
