Luxury executive furnished suites right in the heart of downtown Halifax. The Mary Ann building is located across from the amazing central library in the highly sought after Spring Garden neighbourhood. The building is above the NSLC Port of Wines as well as the popular restaurant Garden Food Bar, and Spin Co., yoga studios, and fitness classes are all within a block away. A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead.
We value our guests and their comfort during their stay with us. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities.
We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.
A few things that we do offer on request:

-ask us...you never know.
Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.
Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.
Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.
No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.
Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.
There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.
Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.
Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.
