"My family and I ( four adults and three children) spent a week recently in this house in Alpirsbach. The house was clean, functional, comfortable, quiet and in a residential neighborhood. The location is within walking distance to the old and new parts of the village of Alpirsbach inclusive of grocery stores, the Alpirsbacher brewery, Gasthaus', bakeries and sundry village shops. "Fantastic house, stunning location. The house was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 7 children without getting under each others feet. Manfred was excellent at communicating with us, very prompt replies with good advice. Mr and Mrs Hess were absolute stars, they couldn't have more patient with us non-speaking Germans and very charming couple. The house itself is situated within easy driving distance from many places of interest to visit."

"Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende, bei Rosis Häuschen. Im Vorfeld wurde alles kommuniziert und genau so, lief es dann auch ab. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und auch bei einer Nachfrage wurde innerhalb einer halben Stunde geantwortet. Zum kochen etc. war alles vorhanden, sowie Handtücher, Decken. Und auch an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht - mit Pfotentüchern und Näpfen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und glücklich! "

"We hadden een prima week in dit prachtige huis in Dornstetten. Van alle gemakken voorzien incl hot tub en sauna. Het was heel ruim voor ons gezin van 6 personen, alle keukenapparatuur was aanwezig, er was hout (betaling per mand) voor de houtkachel en hot tub. Badkamers waren schoon en netjes. Communicatie met eigenaar ging heel soepel, vragen werden direct beantwoord, en ze was heel aardig en efficiënt. Een topweek was het resultaat. "
