"Overall the space of the room was amazing. Plenty of room to move around with a family of four. The only down side is that the beds were too small for 2 people to fit comfortabley, even though I did put 4 people would be sleeping in the same room. And the tub pipe did not close all the way so there was constant leak. Everything else was great. They also had 24hr coffee which I live for. "

"The parking was a bit crazy at night time coming back to the room i feel like if your paying for parking it shouldn’t be at the back the hotel and have to walk all the way to the front insane to me with bags and kids etc… everything else was amazing i feel like making the rooms should have a microwave in it and not have to walk down to the front desk "

"We only stayed two nights to go to Universal Studios, but it was very close and convenient. The only drawback was the only shuttle service they had to Universal was at 8 o’clock in the morning and then at 5 o’clock in the evening nothing in between so we had to take an Uber to and from the park. The rooms also needs some sprucing up and updating as you could tell that they were old, but the room was clean, and the staff were very nice."

"Beautiful and comfortable room. Bed linens are very soft and bathroom towels are bigger than average. Onsite bar with music is fantastic. Front desk is caring and polite. "
