"My family and I stay in these condos about once a year. We stay in this particular condo for the cleanliness and access to laundry and kitchen for the kids. It really is a great place for a busy family like ours who are always running up and down from the beach. If you want a place with more amenities- nicer soaps, towels,fluffy beds, access to storage for beach chairs etc - maybe look elsewhere? But if you are a young family on the go this place is great!"

"Great stay at Tamara's condo. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Wailea beach trail. The condo was well equipped. We easily cooked meals in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The condo was clean and welcoming. We brought the provided beach chairs and beach towels, to Big Beach. The bathroom had sunscreen and a first aid kit, The band aids came in handy. Having a laundry allowed us to pack light. We really appreciated that Tamara left...

"We stayed 10 days and had a great time. The location is perfect to keep everyone busy and still be able to chill out at the pool. Our 2nd time at the property. Highly recommend the location. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and were pleased witj the updated unit, condition, and cleanliness. It was plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen. The staff is nice and we got a personal on site greeting from the rental manager. Mark at the gate is very friendly. "

"The views from this condo are amazing! The penthouse units are farther from the main pool and beach but we think the walk is worth the trade off for the view. The kitchen was very well equipped and having two refrigerators is great especially for a week stay during the holidays. We had a property manager we could contact with any needs or questions and upon check out we did provide her with a list of small maintenance suggestions that needed addressing, however none of the items prevented us...

"This is our 7th stay at the Beach Villas. We love it and it never seems to disappoint. Our first stay in this Villa and everything was seem less. Allison from Coldwell Banker greeted us on our arrival and did everything possible to make sure our stay was amazing until we departed. Thank you Allison!! You are wonderful. The view, the rooms, the property was paradise. Thank you! We will be back for our 8th stay next year!"

"This villa is beautiful! Panoramic views and large rooms make it comfortable for multiple couples - we enjoyed watching whales while having morning coffee. Best location for beaches, restaurants and activities. Staff extremely helpful. Pools are beautiful and grounds lush with plantings. Will definitely come back!"
