"Very welcoming check in process, very clean, beautiful grounds, beautiful views of volcano and surrounding, thermal pools were really nice. Restaurant had great food. Pricey but you get what you pay for. "

"My rating would be 9/10. This is a very beautiful resort with gorgeous view of the Arenal volcano Mountain. The resort is well kept with lots of plants and services. Hotspring and pool area are great and have good views. Check in and out was easy. Lots of privacy. Quiet and peaceful. My only two reasons I gave 9/10 instead of 10/10 are: 1) The food options for the free breakfast was very repetitive and boring. A few changing options, but good food. in the hot food section would be better....
