"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "This is a beautiful hotel in a nice part of the old town. The hotel decor is stunning. The wellness section was a great addition. We got a free upgrade to a gorgeous suite - thank you hotel!! It made our stay even more special. We would highly recommend. "

"It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "
