"We spent two weeks in one of the two bedroom pool villas. The accommodation was exceptional, the staff were great and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we would be arriving after reception closed but the staff stayed in contact to make sure we knew the taxi would be waiting at the airport and that we would be able to gain entry. "This place does not exist. The rooms are at Laemsom resort. Despite my booking, they weren’t expecting me and were brusque and unhelpful at check in. "

We liked the location (quiet north of Koh PhaNgan, near beach and fishing thai village), nice pool, good ambience (surrounded by greenery) and convenient villa (all equipped and nicely decorated). Please be kind when you review a place that the only shortcoming it’s is location on the hills on top of the seashore, which was a perfect location for us to feel loved was for bedroom amazing view, amazing pool. "We recently (October 2024) stayed in the Sundance Villa as a family of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights. Property was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable and each room had its own bathroom giving everyone their own privacy. The pool was amazing and provided hours of fun. "Our initial impression was are we in the right villa as the Google maps site in not where the property is. However we found it to be a better location to the fisherman's village. The villa is very new. Building development is going on adjacent but we did not feel it was avproblem. Everything was good , the whole family enjoyed our stay."

"This is not a four bedroom property because one on the bedrooms is not habitable it is damp, smelly and dark. Anyone staying in this room would end up with breathing problems. The boat refused to offer any discount because one of us couldn’t use the room and had to share another room. We also had some major issues with the electric going off a few times and the Wi-Fi not working but the host waived the electricity charge as compensation for this ! So if you want a three bed place this is lovely...

"The villa was lovely. The pool amazing. We didn’t need the car, didn’t use it. The people there got everything delivered for a small fee. Groceries, food, messages. The TV did not work. We played billiards at night. No need to leave the villa- ever! Wonderful stay. Romantic!"

Great property for family vacation

"the propety is large and quite well maintained; there are enough dining choices and prices are fair for a resort of this standing; the pool is great place to spend the day with kids; the beach is not the place to really swim- too much current; overall - there is, visibly an effort to upgrade the service level with more professional stuff; the property stay highly recommended in my opinion;"

"We were meant to stay here for 3 nights but unfortunately the weather in Koh Samui was monsoon so we decided to stay for one night and go Bangkok But that was a hard choice because the facilities and staff here were so fantastic to us, the ambience of the hotel was great and location was in the middle of everything you needed The breakfast was brilliant and after telling the staff we was going to check out early due to the weather, they provided us a private car to the airport I wish we could have stayed here for longer "

"Everything was great about this hotel. When I checked in they took me too my room. It was raining so I turned on the TV. There was no sound from the TV. I called and Maintenance came to take a look. They couldn't fix it. Within 10 minutes they installed a different TV, now that to me is going above and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly. "
