Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating- thank you to the staff member that helped book the lotte hotel peninsula lounge for the strawberry buffet and the staff member that helped break our lock to our suitcase when we had lost our key. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here again soon. Would recommend this aparthotel to everyone!! We had breakfast at the hotel on our last day and it was enjoyable. The rooftop was so pretty and had amazing views. "

"Very convient, close to both airport, Airport Express line just below. Lots of nice local restaurants. New clean hotel, only downfall its far from central so it will take you 45 min to 1 hr to get to tourist places. Great choice of breakfast."

"We only stayed here for one night before our flight out of incheon but wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are luxurious. We stayed in a business twin room with two queens and were so impressed. The amenities within the hotel and all the extras in place make this more than a hotel; rather an experience. "I love Toyoko Inn Hotels, knowing there is one in Gangnam neighborhood in Seoul It was my first option. Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Japanese comfort in Korea. Beds aré very comfy and has a great sleep. Pillows are the best pillows in any hotel chain. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options: Western and Korean. Locations is super good in Gangnam neighborhood full of shops, restos, eateries, bars and people all day and night. "

"Hotel was great and the room was very nice. Tons of dining options that are all nearby. There’s a subway station basically across the street. Cabs as always around too if you prefer that mode of transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue with the property is the carpets in the area leading to the rooms on my floor should probably be replaced. It’s coming up in areas. Minor detail. "
