"It was a very clean and nice place to stay. Hotelkeeper was very kind and thoughtful. It would be greater if the breakfast was included in the services but there were many places nearby the hotel so, It was not a big deal. Thank you very much for the services."

"There was a bit of confusion when I first arrived because the name of the booking was Kumsal Apartments but the actual name of the building was Ada Apartments. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay. I had a gorgeous view of the harbour and I loved sitting at the table looking at the view. The bed was really comfortable and the area was quiet so I slept really well. The property is so close to everything. There are several restaurants to choose from and there are supermarkets only a few minutes away. All the sights are within a 10 to 15 minute walking distance. Everyone at the property was so friendly and anytime I needed anything, I had a response immediately. I was even given a gift. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Amasra."

"This was a very disappointing experience. We did not end up staying at Emin Butik Otel. We had booked, paid and received confirmation only to arrive and be told by the owner that there was a problem. They had no vacancy. The owner said he had closed the bookings on the websites the hotel advertised through. He said we shouldn’t have been able book it. He could however accomodate us in the hotel across the road that he also owned. It was late in the day and we had few other options. While the small room we ended up staying in had few of the amenities shown on website for Emin Butik it was clean. In the morning I spoke to the owner and said I felt we needed a partial refund. He disagreed and said he had thrown in a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast while adequate was minimal e.g. they ran out of bread. We didn’t want to ruin a perfect 6 week holiday by arguing so we just let things be. This was the worst value for money on our whole trip. We hope this is an exception for this hotel. "

"The staff at the property were terrible and pretty unreasonable. We checked out and were going to have lunch at the hotel restaurant and they wanted us to move our car. The receptionists were rude and the breakfast wasn`t good. "
