Only comment on advice related to breakfast is get there when it's planned to start as there's a set amount of food and that is it. Food was good but we were a little late getting to the first come first serve style. But overall was a very nice stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was super friendly and good about communicating. Jen did an amazing job cooking for all of us and keeping the bed and breakfast clean. "The property was amazing! The house was clean with lots of room. One of the things we were looking for was a cozy place, that allowed for pets but we prefer a slightly more modern look and feel and this place was great. The back patio was very relaxing. You are also very close to the local state parks, less than 20 minutes or hocking hills if you wanna go there you’re less than 40 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. "
