The check-in was seamless, with flexible timing, and even though we arrived close to 10 pm, the owner personally greeted us, gave a quick tour, and handed over the keys. Since he lives on the ground floor, he was readily available if we needed anything during our stay. "We stay this accommodation with 4 Families with small children (3 to 10 years old). The owner is very kind. We arrived 30 min. Before check-in time, but he allowed us early check-in. Big play ground near the Haus that he recommend us was very good, The terrace where we enjoyed BBQ dinner is wide enough. Our children liked small adventure to the fire pit in the forest behind of the haus. You can also enjoy the view of Breuburg castle. Though we stay there for 12 person, as there are toilets...

"Es war alles vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Herrliche Lage der gesamte Spessart. Im Gegensatz zum Vermieter gab es aber auch unfreundliche Menschen. Das haben wir schon anders in halt anderen Gegenden erlebt. Ansonsten gerne wieder."

"Sehr ruhig und in toller Landschaft gelegen, leider hapert es an der ein UND anderen Stelle an Sauberkeit und auch einzelne Accessoires des Hauses sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen…Im Großen und Ganzen aber ok."

"Ein sehr großes gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man braucht! Es ist einfach an alles gedacht worden! Man kann beide Wohnungen mieten und hat viel Platz für 9 Personen! Tolle Gegend zum Wandern und Ausflüge machen, sowie die Ruhe genießen auf einer der Terrassen oder Balkons.Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"We stayed for four days and it was wonderful. The Cottage was perfect for 2 couples, on site contacts were very friendly and helpful. This was a perfect place to stay for day trips to Heidelberg, Bad-Wimpfen, and Baden-Baden. We enjoyed the seasonal white asparagus and local restaurants. We highly recommended this property!"

"Ein sehr schönes, modernes und vor allem sauberes Ferienhaus. Wir waren über Silvester mit Freunden hier. Leider waren die Schlafräume sehr sehr kalt, da die Heizung nicht richtig lief. Abzug gibt es für die kinderunfreundliche Vermieterin. Wir mussten 400 nachzahlen. Selbst für ein einjähriges Kind wird der volle Preis berechbet. Frech!"

"The property was lovely, cosy and had absolutely spectacular views from the balcony and terrace across the countryside. There were two good bedrooms comfortably accommodating the four of us and a bathroom with a good powerful shower which is always a bonus in hot weather. You will definitely need a car for this location as the local village has no shop or other real amenities but its very rural location ensures you are surrounded by stunning countryside. It is only about 30 minutes to Heidelberg...

"Ferienhaus ist sehr komplett ausgestattet. Check in war mit Hilfe der Nachbarin problemlos. Ferienwohnung tadellos sauber, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlen konnte. Objekt liegt auf einer Campingplatz ähnlichen Anlage (die anderen 49 Häuser scheinen von Einheimischen dauerbewohnt zu sein). Hätte man das zuvor gewusst, wäre die Anfahrt leichter gewesen. Ferienhaus ist innen sehr gut in Schuss, in der Außenanlage besteht etwas Sanierungsbedarf. Gegend ist wunderbar, direkt am Waldrand. Bach in...

"Pros: Net typisch Duits huisje, schoon en alles was aanwezig. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Veel te doen in de omgeving. Rustige plek. Cons: Raam boven kon niet goed open, daardoor bleef het lang warm boven."

"Unser Haus war top in Schuss, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt am Spielplatz war für uns perfekt. Die Kinder waren selbständig unterwegs und wir konnten entspannen. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit."
