"The house is completely warm and inviting clean and beautiful. The property is well-maintained and we sat by the fire pit down by the creek played with Willow the dog. Everything was just wonderful and perfect! "

"This property is awesome. It was our second time here and it was just as great as the first time a few years ago. The depot has everything one would need. It is well appointed, clean and close to so many parks and nature preserves, which is what we love about the Guttenburg area.The depot has 3 TVs and soon, will have a 4th in the patio area. It has a washer and dryer, a well appointed kitchen, a large bathroom and two nice size bedrooms. Just a note, there is no dishwasher-not a problem for...

"This was a great place to stay. Our kids loved having the yard and game room. It was really nice to have access to streaming services and to be so close to so many things in Dubuque. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great space for our large group and well stocked with kitchen items, bedding and towels. I have given it 4 stars because the driveway, sidewalks and porch were not shoveled when we arrived. A good few inches of snow came in a day before we arrived so I feel like it should have been done. We couldn’t find a shovel so we had to use a dust pan to make a path out the front of the house otherwise we would’ve tracked an insane amount of snow into the home. "In a neat city and region along the Mississippi lies this lovely house, re-visited by us again, and found to be just as clean and well prepped as on previous occasions. Our host's communications were prompt and enjoyable, leaving nothing to be desired.With spring progressing the town(s) in the area seemed to come alive in anticipation of summer, all contributing to a wonderful stay.
