"The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was heavily leaning towards Taiwanese, but I enjoyed it. The only gripe I have about the hotel is that there was no housekeeping for the two days I stayed there. "

"Hair in the bathtub. Staff couldn’t find my reservation with my hotel.com number. And won’t check for me. Then ask myself to call and check with hotel.com. While I was trying to contact hotel.com, luckily another staff came and checked for me, and found my reservation in like 3 seconds. Pretty obvious the first staff didn’t even check for me. And please note, the check in time is 6pm, which I didn’t look carefully when I booked it and paid extra to check in earlier, which is fine, it was my...
