"The room we stayed for the 1st night was unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Very strong smell of the sewer from the bathroom and mixed of some old hotel smell, very hard to stay. I saw the same feedback from the other platforms, but I ignored it. So please don’t overlook the negative reviews. "Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night.
