"The executive suite was amazing, especially the service from the concierge and the cleanliness of the space. The resort did seem a bit understaffed in certain areas like the outdoor facilities but we still managed to get the appropriate service when required!"

"We felt welcomed from the first moment we stepped into the beautiful hotel. Everything is so beautiful and with lovely details. The room offers a lot of space to storage clothes and other things,it is very well equipped and has a lovely view to the sea and garden. The cleaning lady did a great job!!! The service and reception staff is great and made us feel comfortable and home. They were always friendly and with a smile on their faces. There is NOTHING that was missing. "We were 3 with our kid at the hotel for a week in the beginning of July. For 3 of us the room was ok though of a bit small size, but as we were on the road mostly, this did not matter. The room was silent, apparently bacause of good insulation. Cleaning service was excellent. The staff was correct with little English. Buffet breakfast was nice (small remark: coffee was not included in the breakfast without indicating it). The pool was of correct size, the garden in good condition, the bar area...

"We didn’t like that the cleaning crew came at 4 or 5pm instead of in the morning. So our room was only cleaned twice within a span of a week. It should have been done in the morning and daily. Poyraz bey was very nice though and super helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. "

"Great two-star hotel! Comfortable beds, perfectly proportioned breakfast. Staff is wonderful, albeit limited English, but then I don't speak any Turkish. That's part of the adventure. We were able to communicate and get our needs met and questions answered. When all else failed, used Translator on our phones. Great location, just a short walk to the beach and boat docks.
