Beach & Sunset views Cottage!! Close to Downtown

Just steps away from the beach you will enjoy this home away from home. The beautifully updated raised home is located 1 block from the beach. This spacious 3 bedroom / 2 full bath home sleeps 8 comfortably and has plenty to offer for your next family vacation, romantic getaway, or any other special occasion.

Be sure to start your day off with a cup of coffee on the back deck while gazing at the beach. The living room has plenty of seating with a spacious U-shaped couch. The spacious kitchen has a great flow complete with brand new appliances and the breakfast nook seats five. The over-sized master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, TV, large closet and its own private bath complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a full bed nd a bunk bed w/trundle(two twin and one full size) that will sleep a total of 4. Optionally the couch can sleep an additional 2 for a total of 10. The laundry has a full-size washer and brand new dryer for your use. This perfect vacation home has plenty of parking with a double driveway and you can park under the house for covered parking. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table for outside dining. There is even have wagon ready to pull to the beach filled with chairs, towels, umbrella and sand toys.
After a long day at the beach or enjoying all the Gulf Coast has to offer, spend quality time on the downstairs patio relaxing on the porch swing.

We provide a starter kit which includes essential such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.

Long term Stay Welcome. Snowbirds please ask owner.

HOUSE RULES
Renter must be at least 25, ID REQUIRED prior to confirmation of STAY/CHECK-IN and must match payment method. Whomever made the reservation, must be present during stay.
- This home is NON SMOKING (Including Ecigs/Vape) and NO PETS are allowed, . NOTICE: If there is smoking or pets on premises, there will be a separate $250 charge for a deep clean.
- MAX OCCUPANCY OF 6 ADULTS or 8 including children.
- NO PARTIES ALLOWED. (Including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, spring breakers, graduation, etc.)
- DO NOT TAMPER with outside SECURITY DOOR CAMERAS or BLOCK the view.
- ANY VIOLATION of our HOUSE RULES will result in forfeit of DEPOSIT

- We encourage all of our guests to consider purchasing travel insurance in the event of inclement weather, hurricanes, illness, etc. We do not offer refunds outside of our refund policy, so please plan accordingly.

Spring Break fun
We stayed in Gulfport for Spring Break. We always stay in Ft Morgan when we go to the beach, but I had a race in Gulfport. We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and was perfect for four of us. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach everyday. The beach is nice and clean.

Great location! Loved drinking my morning coffee on the back porch and watching the water. Condo was as described on site and very well stocked. We had one issues but we were able to address it ourselves and I notified owner after we returned home. Would rent this condo again.

A Needed Break
We stayed at this property just for one night in order to take a break from a far too busy start of the academic year. The house was clean, well organized and has everything you would need for a family vacation. There were plenty of household goods and the location is right by the beach. The only negative thing I can say is the train, there’s railroad tracks nearby, out of three night stay, twice it went by at 6:15am blaring the horn and once at 3:00am, so if you’re a light sleeper or have young kids, you might not be happy.

This property was excellent for our stay. We enjoyed the morning views from the back patio. We enjoyed all of our family time together. It had been a while since our last visit and it was nice to be all under the same roof. We had six adults and were very comfortable. All the beds were perfect for sleeping .
