THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).

Anniversary Get Away
Arrived at the property and it was exceptionally clean. The first thing I noticed upon opening the door was how fresh it smelled. The property was as described and was cozy with a great view of the pool. We enjoyed this little get away and will be returning.

Great Family Vacation
A lot smaller than it looks from the pictures. Great location right by two pools & hot tub. Short walk to the beach. Great location we love the property. Only complaint the two hide away beds the sheets were extremely dirty.

Nice quick family getaway.
We needed a few days at the beach and this provided it. Pictures accurately represent what is there. It is within walking distance to the beach and has several nice (very warm, maybe a bit too warm) pools as well. It is a bit worn out in some areas. The bathroom is in need of a remodel and the unit could also benefit from a new bed/mattress in the loft. The unit had a nice view of the ocean from the loft bedroom and also looked right out to one of the several pools available. The common areas are well landscaped and maintenance was constantly working to beautify it. If your looking for a budget friendly place near the beach this property fits the bill.

Furniture needs to be cleaned or thrown away. It could be a super cute, clean place. Great location. I would rent again if it was remodeled and cleaned very well.

My lil home on the ⛱ beach
We #4 were very cozy, comfortable, and felt right at home. This condo is in middle of paradise. The grounds and location are beautiful. The Caribbean colors for the exterior are perfect for the beach. It was my favorite to wake up in the upstairs loft and see the ocean. Reminded me of a cruise view. We already miss our lil house on the beach property. We will try and reserve again.. p.s. the only thing that didn't work was the toaster in the kitchen. The A/C worked perfectly. My husband would like extra bath towels under the bathroom cabinet. Thank you 😊

Great location on the beach
Great location to the beach. Only had to walk a few minutes to the other side of the property and we were on the white sand. Perfect place for my daughter and I to enjoy Fort Morgan. Will definitely book again!

The condo is really nice and has a good view of the ocean. The negatives are the couch is really uncomfortable and no bathroom upstairs. Had trouble getting code to work and had to call four different people before it got fixed but it was fixed pretty quick

Ok but not great.
The check-in and out process was good. The cleaning crew did a great job but we had to check in 30 mins late. This was not the cleaning crews fault as they did the job great, it was not enough staff to keep up. The room is spacious for two and has some great directions for the fridge on how to keep things cool. The reason I gave a 3 star is because this unit needs to be maintained better. The tile needs a deep cleaning, they repainted areas but only primed and the job was half done. The shower curtain has run its course and should be replaced. The ice maker does not work but the freezer did. It was small things that could be easily fixed to get a 5 star review.

Outstanding property with great amenities.
The unit was very clean and inviting with a beautiful view. We enjoyed access to the indoor pool and the hot tub. The on site restaurant, Sassy Bass, has an excellent breakfast and there are several other very good restaurants close to the property. We enjoyed hiking the Pine Beach Trail and the dolphins playing in the bay off the doc at Tacky Jacks.

Great location and beach access
The property, pools and beach were all great! The grounds and pool are very clean. The unit itself is in desperate need of painting and better response to needs. It was fairly clean. Beds were not the worst ever, but certainly not great. The kitchen is super disorganized, making it difficult to find what you need. The carafe to the coffee pot was missing. We tried to call that evening of checking in, no answer. Called at 8 the next morning. We were told they would deliver one within an hour or two. Of course, we were hoping to have it for coffee that morning. They delivered a different, used coffee pot that evening at around 730. Which was odd to us. The loft bedroom is hot, the air doesn't really get up there. The ceiling fan can only be used on low. When you turn it up, it shakes so badly it seems like it might fly off. I would definitely stay at the property again, just not in this unit.
