"didn't spend much time at the property due to events we were there for, but it was perfect for what we needed. it met our needs way better than a hotel room would have."

"The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay."

"The Mermaid Cottage is a unique gem in Pensacola Beach. It has a great location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottages is very well maintained and very welcoming. It will sleep a family of 6 comfortably. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full sized beds. The full size beds were VERY FIRM. I'd recommend softer beds. Other than, I love the cottage. This was my second summer to stay in the cottage."

"This is a nice place in a central location to all the Pensacola attractions. The house is in a safe, quite neighborhood. The host are friendly and ready for any questions or concerns. Great place to stay. "

"Perfect getaway in a quiet safe neighborhood. The blake is the perfect no frills cottage. Definitely would recommend. For more than 2 guests we recommend the Jesse cottage next door which we had the opportunity to occupy as well. Cynthia and Rachel were great at answering any needs that arose."

"Great place to stay. It was clean and had everything I needed, and then some! The propert was perfect. Large private, fenced yard for plent of running around for my pup. The host was in constant contact to make sure everything was satisfactory, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I'll definitely look for this property again when I'm in the area."

"Hampton are always clean and well maintained, so I’m always confident when booking. This one had a great breakfast area and breakfast each day, very friendly staff and the location is excellent. I didn’t know it until we arrived, but guest are actually able to use the Hampton’s pools (on the smaller side but EXCELLENT for parents with smaller children who need the best sightline if they are not actually in the pool with the child) as well as the 4-5 hotels beside it, (as long as you have your hotel wrist band) which have elaborate lazy river style pools, resort like chairs/umbrellas, etc and poolside bars…very nice surprise! The beach access is very easy and the stretch of shoreline is really beautiful in this location. Housekeeping was supposed to pop in every other day, but didn’t come at all during our 4 night stay but the front desk was fully stocked with towels and wash cloths, etc. if you stopped by to ask. We were there as a family with school aged children and appreciated the atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. Maybe they do this all year (we were there for our spring break), but were especially surprised by a few of the perks during our stay (had a dj by the pool one day and a hair braiding/henna artist in the lobby another (for a fee))- my daughter loved that! This is a GREAT location, very nice hotel, reasonably priced- wry glad we stayed with this Hampton."
