"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"Property is new and trendy with food. The parking garage was full so we had to find our own parking. Staff gave us recommendations on where to park. We are a family of 4 and slept in tje bunkbed room. It was small but comfortable for 1 night before we flew out the next day."

"The location of this hotel is great with a beautiful view of the Rhine. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast may the best I’ve had at any hotel. The only downsize may be for families as the rooms don’t accommodate a family of 5 and the twin beds are small. "

"Hotel was priced great. Rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated. We had 2 rooms, each one had 3 single beds which was perfect for us. One room looked like the bathroom had been completely renovated and the shower had a door. The other room's bathroom just had a shower curtain and because the curtain was hung too high, water went all over the floor. Fixed this by lowering curtain. "Whirlpool müsste man aus der Beschreibung nehmen, das wird einfach nicht warm und ist daher nicht nutzbar. Aber ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes großes Haus in einem schnuckligen Städtchen. "
