Perfect hotel choice for tourists in Xi'an
Great stay. Central location with easy access to tourist attractions and local restaurants. Room was clean and functional. Annie at the front desk was really helpful and resourceful. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Ok but not great.
The hotel is in general ok. It located in downtown. Hotel provides lots of misleading information. For example, hotel says they provide shuttle service to the airport. The service is once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Not convenient for most passengers. Hotel says it has laundry facility. There is no laundry facility. They have an outside laundry service. The room is very hot. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly. One electric outlet is not working. The USB outlet doesn’t work.

Hotel was great, I only spent one night before going to Beijing. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable, you have everything you need in the bathroom. I was also using the gym in the morning and they also had solid amount of workout gear. Haven’t had breakfast but I went for lunch and they were pretty slow, it took them about an hour to get me one sandwich and the soup, other then that I really enjoyed my stay and I would be back!

Central location
Room is clean, central location. Near to lots of shop and street shopping. Free shuttle service to airport is limited to a few timing only. Not very useful and especially shuttle service is stated at the booking page.

Nice and good location hotel
Very nice hotel, friendly staffs. Very good location and very close to downtown. This hotel also offer free airport transportation (limited schedule, need to make reservation to ensure seat is available) Only item is the shower water a little bit weak (may due to the high floor). Overall is a very nice hotel with reasonable pricing.

Kids Club?
This hotel is in a great location, clean and has friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding - after traveling across China for the past month, it is definitely the best we have come across. The only reason I did not rate this hotel as a 5 is due to the fact they had no Kids Club (yet advertise that they do). Also the children's play are was extremely small, worn, dirty and had a perpetual smell of dirty diapers

Nice and reasonably priced hotel in the centre of
The accommodation is standard but the room and furniture need revitalising. Can start with new carpet. The windows desperately needed a good clean. I was in a room with a massive window and a panoramic view but through really dirty glass. Breakfast not catered for international guests. Staff not English speaking.

A comfortable stay
We had a deluxe room for a very reasonable price. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was okay. There is a newly opened restaurant which serves good regional dishes as well as western dishes (which we have not tried). There were only 2 chairs in the lounge, not a lot of sitting space. The only drawback was that the air-conditioning failed to function on a warm and humid day despite the fact that a technician was sent to the room to check. We had the same experience at another western chain hotel a few days earlier. It is possible that the hotel did not want to turn on the air-conditioning until the hot, summer season. The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Luckily, the room was free of odours. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
