"If your looking for a huge 4 star complex, head down the road to the Hilton. However, if your looking for a great hotel, with fantastic staff, in the best location possible (step out of the lobby onto the beach!) this place is for you. "The grounds are beautiful, but the service is lacking. They are very understaffed. While, the staff was typically professional. I would not describe them as engaging. Calabash is average food at best, and the staff gets overwhelmed very easy. The food takes forever. We did have a wonderful time in Barbados in general and did not spend much time at the resort. "It's nestled against the rocky coast. The pool facing the coast has an amazing view. The King bed we got was the best nights rest I've had in years (this is huge for me, many resorts have squishy beds). The people are amazingly helpful, and friendly. Ocean Blue Resort is a place to fall in love with, and fall in love at! The restaurant provides great meals. For dinner - The ribs are SUPERB. :) Thank you to your staff, you guys were amazing for Rovie and I."

"Lovely budget accommodation. Towels changed daily, bed sheets not changed for 8 night stay. Pool good, sunbeds ok but many need to be replaced. Friendly helpful staff. "

"The hotel was modern and wonderfully clean. The wife/husband hosts were welcoming and helpful. We were grateful for Massey (a local grocery store), which was a quick minivan ride away. The highlight was the sandbar located close to the hotel! Thank you for a great stay!"
