"My concerns were about the arrival process. I booked this on the train from Lisbon arriving at 2:45 pm. So I didn’t get check in details until after I arrived, so if you don’t have data you are SOL as reception closes at 3 pm ( Get that , check in at 3 ,doors shut tight at 3) I tried to call from the train and train station upon arrival but no answer. Fortunately the cleaning staff let me in and got us sorted. Our room #8 in BUILDING 2 next door is actually suite # 2, 3 flights up. All...

"Nice room on a quiet street, very close to the Trindade metro station. Very easy check in, with no need to speak to anyone."

"The AC never got cold even on the lowest setting. On the main area there was a strong smell, like garbage and it was there for over a day even though they came to clean the room, no one bothered to empty the trash, the smell was so bad it came into our room. The hotel is in a good area, we felt safe but far from the touristy area and the walk to the train station was long, it was hard to get UBER there so we had to walk several times. "

"Very central, easy to see all attractions from this location. The room was comfortable, clean, bedding fresh, ample towels and room equipped with basics such as shampoo conditioner coffee microwave fridge and basic cutlery. We were on the 6th floor with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the activities of the square with a coffee. The balcony was clean with table and chairs. "The beds seemed fine but the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The bedroom overlooked the back where a constant whirring noise from the multiple air con condensers were placed. From time to time, we can smell cigarette smoke even throughout the night. The night that we stayed there was a massive argument outside between a group of men n women which could clearly be heard in the apartment."

"We had a brilliant stay in a triple room here. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious - the photos do not do it justice. Road noise a little loud and only stairs for access to the top floor. Super easy access to central Porto and the metro station is literally just down the road. Overall a great stay and excellent value for money! "

"Myself and my wife loved staying here it was a beautiful guest house very traditional. We were visiting family so found tbe guest house to be very convenient . If i had to moan about anything it would be the thin walls between the rooms we could here the couple in the next room very clearly which was a little annoying at times but usually only when we wanted to sleep. And again its a very small moan becuase they may of been loud people. The breakfast was great and Siri the cat kept us company...
