SEASIDE HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL

Beautifully decorated house with its own pool, right by the sea.
Teo twin bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms wih showers, new well-equipped and open-plan kitchen.
Large roof terrace, a pool with saltwater 7 meters by 4. 5 meters with sunbeds.
Bed liven, towels and beach towels are provided. Cot and high chair available on request.
Located on the south-east of Tenerife which has good weather all year, round- average temperature 23º.
30 minutes drive from south and norts airports. The village is small, untouristy and ideal place to relax and explore the island. It´s a 10 minutes driving from Puertito de Guimar, where are typical local restaurants, beachs and supermarket.
Easy parking next to the house. We recommend hiring a car.

Nice House with a great pool!
So we come in Oktober and it was really hot because of a sandstorm... Margot was really nice and flexible with our arrival. The house is very nice and it is total private because the neighbour house is empty at the moment...

Beurteilung Objekt
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben eingerichtet und ausgestattet. In der geräumigen Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist sauber und angenehm warm durch die Abdeckung. Manchmal gibt es Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck. Zur Lage des Objekts: Die Autobahn ist super schnell erreichbar, trotzdem ist sehr ruhig im Haus, man hört nur das Meeresrauschen bzw. -toben. Da sich das Haus direkt oberhalb der steinigen Küste befindet, gab es zu unserer Reisezeit doch sehr viel Wind und Bewölkung gen Güimar Tal. Das kleine, abseits liegende Zeilendorf hat kein Restaurant/Supermarkt etc. Die andere Doppelhaushälfte/das Nachbarhaus ist augenscheinlich unbewohnt und im Außenbereich nicht fertig gestellt. Somit kann man den Außenbereich des Mietobjekts kaum einsehen. Für unseren Urlaub mit Hauptaugenmerk auf das Erkunden der Insel und ruhigen Stunden auf der Terrasse am Pool war die Unterkunft perfekt.

Schönes Haus mit super Aussicht
Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Unterkunft ist sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und manchmal bis Gran Canaria ist einfach das Highlight. Gerne wieder :)

Atemberaubende Lage
Ich bin kein Stadtmensch, liebe die Abgeschiedenheit und ganz besonders das Meer. Dieses Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Und mit "direkt" meine ich direkt. Der Pool-Bereich macht einen äußerst gepflegten Eindruck und weil der "Zaun" am Ende des Außenbereiches aus Glas besteht, steht man gefühlt mit den Füßen im Meer, selbst wenn man ca. 15 Meter höher gemütlich mit dem Getränk seines Vertrauens in der Hand am Tisch sitzt, den Fischerbooten zuguckt und die Umrisse von Gran Canaria bewundert. Überwältigend ist auch die Aussicht vom Küchen-Wohnbereich, wenngleich meine Frau und ich uns fast nur im Pool-Bereich aufhielten. Das WLan mit 75 MBit Download und 50MBit Upload war für mich als Software-Entwickler eine freudige Überraschung. Im Untergeschoss wird die Leitung zwar schon deutlich dünner, aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Die rustikale Seemanns-Einrichtung des Hauses ist natürlich Geschmackssache, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und alles ist ordentlich und gut in Schuss. Einziges Manko sind die arg durchgelegenen Betten (3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten), aber das wars dann auch schon mit den Verbesserungsvorschlägen. Ich war zwar zum ersten, aber garrantiert nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Aufenthalt!
Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Es liegt direkt am Meer und ihr wir haben den Ausblick im oder am Pool genossen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen (Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus) und konnten so die Gegend erkunden. Margot und ihre Tochter waren super Gastgeber. Der Check In war easy und wir haben schöne Tipps für Restaurant oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erhalten. Kurz um: sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder 😉! muchas gracias.

Toll ausgestattet und traumhafte Lage!
Alles an Bord im wunderbar dekorierten Haus direkt am Meer. Der Privatpool mit Blick auf Gran Canaria ist der Hit. An 6 von 12 Tagen haben wir Delphine von der Terrasse aus beobachtet. Dazu ist man ist ratzfatz auf der Autobahn, die man absolut nicht hört. Sondern nur das Rauschen des Meeres. Wir kommen wieder!!!!!
