"So t be fooled by the listing of the property ! The picture of the SpA is a separate building different business and the cost is 27euros per day out of pocket . Room service is not provided as they list in the free amenities but u will have to do a deep cleaning of the room including washing the floors đbefore leaving otherwise it will cost you 49 euro, u will be charged for extra towels other wise u are shout out of luck if you have kids. Checking is AFTER 5 pm!!! Yep!

The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said theyâre nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift!
I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...
