They also went to the effort of contacting us about a landslide that had closed a road & would affect our transfer back to the airport (offering us a late check out to help with travel arrangements). "We stayed here years ago in winter when it was a hotel and the only real difference now is that the pool is now closed in winter which was not stated anywhere and a huge disappointment to us as to swim in pool after a long day of skiing is heavenly for the legs Also duvets would be more hygienic nowadays than blankets n bed covers."

"Location is great, walking distance from ski front. However the property comes with no towels, no bedding sheets, no toilet paper or shower gel /shampoo, etc. all the basics that you would expect in this day & age were not provided, especially for such a price. I have never experienced something like this (no towels? No bedding sheets? Beds were bare and not the cleanest) I am not sure how Expedia allows something like this, I believe there are minimum basics expectations from hosts to provide...
