"Was greeted by the owners who were very informative. House is lovely and spotless. A cost of €15 for each bed is a little excessive, €5 per towel is expensive. We had to buy hand soap and tea towels as these were not supplied (thought the would be)! Garden is massive and we had full use of bicycles, surfboards and garden toys. Great place to stay although the stairs are polished which makes them slippy (one of our party fell down the bottom few on day of departure) . Apart from the few negatives...

"Great location, very comfortable house & M. Morice was an excellent host, very responsive. Our elderly dog accompanied us and it was a properly dog friendly stay, no fuss. (Younger dogs will love the fabulous walks in the surrounding area!!) There is something for everyone in the area, highly recommended."

"The house is wonderful with windows that take advantage of the sea and fields. Light fills the house and with the shutters you can darken the house for a good night’s rest. Beaches are 5-10 minutes away. Property was located well to explore other Brittany towns. Our family loved the roominess of the home. The kitchen is well-supplied and the dishes are beautiful."

"My family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Concarneau at this property. The location is ideal. We enjoyed walking to the quick ferry to the walled part of the city. It was nice to be so close but to return to the quiet neighborhood that the home is in. The back of the living room opens up (triple doors) to the view of the harbor. Watching the boats come and go was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed (appliances and amenities) and is a short walk from a grocery...

"Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce logement en famille avec 3 enfants.de 6,11 et 15 ans. Logement très propre, très bien équipé et idéalement situé ! Cela nous a permis de profiter de cette parenthèse sur Groix ! Nous reviendrons ! "

"A superb, modern house with everything you could want - The veranda provides a fantastic view out to the sea and surrounding area. Effectively, the property is in Trevignon which has fantastic small beaches and some great restaurants, run by friendly and efficient staff - It could do with a shop and even a small boulangerie as whilst the drive into Tregunc for bread was worth it, it was a bit of a chore! "L'accueil est chaleureux dans cette charmante maison. Celle-ci est soignée, en parfait état. Le jardin est vraiment un atout. Dans la salle de séjour (agrémentée de deux divans) se trouve une télé avec grand écran. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et tous les ustensiles sont en excellente condition.
