Situated in the prestigious seaside village of Playa de San Juan in Guía de Isora on the south west coast of Tenerife, with virtually all year sunshine and very little rainfall, it makes an ideal destination for those seeking sun and tranquillity.
The accommodation in more detail:
GROUND FLOOR:
The hallway leads to the double ground floor Bedroom 1 which benefits from an ensuite bathroom which has both a bath and shower.
FIRST FLOOR:
The main living area is bright and airy with direct access to the large full width terraced area which also runs along the side of the house.
The Tv has satellite channels in both English and Spanish.
WIFI is available throughout the villa.
The modern and superbly fitted kitchen is perfect for a self catering holiday. It includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob and oven and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a fitted “island” table in the kitchen and a table on the terrace for “al fresco” dining.
a gas barbecue is provided.
There are two sunloungers.
Bedroom 2, with a double bed, and Bedroom 3, used also as a study but has a double sofa bed, suitable for one guest, are located on this level and also a family bathroom with a shower, Wc and washbasin.
A cot, stairgate and high chair are available.

UPPER TERRACE:
Accessed via steps from the main terrace is a further viewing terrace. This has breathtaking 360° views of the coast and inland area. On clear day it is possible to see Mount Tiede, the third highest volcano in the world. There is a shower situated on the terrace for cooling down!
Also a a comfy lounge seating area, coffee table and also a basic kitchen including sink, fridge, kettle and utensils. Ideal for simple meals or breakfast whilst enjoying the stunning views!

LOCAL AREA:
Playa San Juan is a charming resort with numerous sea front bars and dining establishments. Many of these are in easy walking distance of Villa Marjedilla.
On Wednesdays a Farmers’ market is held in the village square.
Just 12 minutes drive from the villa is Los Gigantes landscape named for its majestic cliffs. Their imposing height turn them into an immense wall of volcanic rock rising into the sky.
The local bus service is cheap and frequent. Perfect for exploring Los Gigantes, Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Adeje, plus all places in between.
Golf courses in Tenerife are famous for their mountainous scenery and ocean views, with Tenerife's favourable weather offering ideal conditions for playing golf throughout the year..
Many of Tenerife's golf courses do not require membership and welcome visitors of all abilities, with golf equipment readily available for hire and plenty of nearby accommodation.
