"We wanted a place right by the airport as we had a morning flight the next day. This hotel worked out perfectly. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport and a restaurant at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere to find food. Very easy and convenient and nice rooms. "

My only complaint was having to wait in the hotel shuttle at the airport for 50 minutes for another guest at the hotel. Shuttle driver should have taken us to the hotel and gone back for the other guest."

"After traveling for 10 hours, we arrived by taxi to find that all the lettering had been removed from the front of the building and it was shut down. It turns out that after intensive inspections after the recent earthquake, the building was determined to be unsafe. There were personal on the scene which transported us to a nearby hotel ( The Palace) which truned out great. It's unfortunate with today's technology that Expedia cannot keep track of people's reservations and inform them of such...
