"Our stay were okay with some headaches . We need to ask for towels and toilet paper s all the time. No cleaning at all. We asked for cleaning and it never came even paying for it. Everything else needed to pay for it."

It was only one night in Guarulhos. Bristol Hotel felt safe. Guarulhos did not seem to be a beautiful city; keep in mind that I arrived after sunset and left the next day at 6:00 am.
