"When you need a clean bed and friendly service close to the airport, you can’t really do any better than this. My flight was delayed and didn’t get in until midnight. A quick call to the hotel, and their shuttle was there in a mere 10 minutes. Check-in was easy and friendly. Bar was open! Room was clean and beds were comfy. Easily arranged a free shuttle back to the airport for next day. The included breakfast was more than I expected. If you don’t mind a little airport noise, the convenience and quality of this hotel is outstanding. "

"We stayed for 4 nights we liked the location, clean and breakfast options were good. Restaurant options were not so great. Staff were helpful and courteous. We have to take our luggage to our room ourselves. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. Bathroom sink was not great water would come outside make a mess. Wish they had microwave in the room. Alameda mall is just walkable from the hotel food options are great and better options than restaurant In hotel. We enjoyed Pans and Company sandwiches and passion fruit Pavlova in the food court."
