Property very old and not kept clean..it was different fromn what was on the website. Firstly thsy continued to say i was not booked with them thiugh i had fully paid for my stay through Expedia. It took more than an hour to resolve. I was first taken to a different which i belive is the one i booked on website. They decided to send me to a dodgy one where even their standard rate did not reconcile to the one I had booked. Again the address was difficult to find, phines were nit working. I stayed one night and checked out and cancelled my reservation with Expedia, waiting foe my refund. When I checked out i asked the guy at the hotel to call a taxi, he called one amd asked me to pay him upfront RMB65. I told him.i need a metred taxi and will pay driver on arrival. He was upset and cancelled the whole thing and would not assist. I asked the other assistant who did not help either. I had to walk down the road a bit of a distance to find a taxi. Yhank God I found a metre taxi. What a nightmare. The saddest part the hotel was not helpful.
