"We enjoyed one week at this hotel. We have no complaints. There is no ice machine at this hotel but we were told that the hotel restaurant has ice during operation hours. We recommend that you book all of your tours at the front desk of this hotel. Guanajuato has very narrow sidewalks and steep streets and it is not ideal for disabled/handicapped people so keep this in mind before traveling. This property has an elevator BUT there are several stairs to get to it. We were told that they can open another access to elevator for disabled/handicapped people. The check-in was pleasant. Breakfast is also pleasant at this hotel. We will stay here again during our next visit. "

"It’s true to the pictures. The 3 room suite is not actually 3 divided rooms. It was a loft with one double bed in top and two double beds on main floor. Small sitting area and restroom with stand up shower. "

"Beautiful hotel. We had a suite and it was a great size. The balcony view was very pretty and location very ideal. We ended up adding an additional night and they accommodated us in a different room and it was very nice as well. "
