"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."

"The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. "Perfect location, perhaps a 5-minute walk from the historic town center. Ample space in a quiet corner of the old part of Perugia. We used our apartment as our base of operations to explore the city and the Umbria region for nearly a full month. This was exactly what we had hoped for.
