"Im a USA traveler and it was my first time traveling abroad—and the staff here helped me with everything. I was so scared my first few days but having them there was such a great comfort. Not to mention the beautiful rooms! "

"Seems to be a little complicated of an entry system to access the rooms. I would suggest this property to anyone who does not have heavy bags and speaks Espanol as the process would go alot smoother. Negative wise was just the fact that there was no one at the property to guide us through a problem. i.e. with the airconditoner or the WIFI. "
