Former stable in the heart of the old village fully air conditioned and equipped with WIFI.
From a family of winegrowers, for 4 generations, Gilberte herself a winegrower, welcomes you in her 3-star gîte in the heart of the old medieval village, 2 km from the sandy beaches.
Former stable of the Estate, the apartment is located upstairs, spacious and very comfortable for 4 people.
From its location, you can enjoy all the shops, cafes, restaurants, shops, wine cellars and its market which stretches through the village streets three times a week.
You will spend a trendy seaside holiday thanks to its large terrace adjoining the living room. For info sheets are extra, I do not provide bathroom linen.

Schickes Design und dann kam der Alptraum
Hallo Community, Bevor Jemand auf den Gedanken kommt, dass wir überdurchschnittlich anspruchsvoll sind- das ist nicht der Fall. Wir verreisen seit Jahren mit FeWo und waren bis auf Kleinigkeiten immer zufrieden! Diese Unterkunft ist bis auf die nette Lage gelinde gesagt eine Frechheit: -Küche: es gibt nicht einen einzigen funktionierenden Topf mit Deckel. Die Griffe waren abgebrannt und ausgeglüht. Die Utensilien nicht brauchbar. Der Kühlschrank mit festgefrorenem Etwas schmutzig. Spinnennester in den Ecken an den Fliesen. Der Sessel im Essraum- zerfetzt. Einzig die zahlreichen Teller, Gläser und das Besteck waren von der Anzahl her in Ordnung. - Bad: die Waschmaschine völlig verschimmelt. Duschhalterung abgesägt. Handtuchhalter hing gerade mit einer Schraube an der Wand. Putzzeug insgesamt verschmutzt bzw. nicht vorhanden. - Terrasse: Die komplette Abluft von drei Restaurants gehen auf die Terrasse., verdeckt von einer Spalierwand. Draußen sitzen, oder Wäsche trocknen zu Stoßzeiten unmöglich. Vom Grillkamin ist die Grundplatte gebrochen- das Rost absolut verdreckt. Kamin war nicht gereinigt. Die Bestuhlung ist mäßig, die Tischdecke aus Plastik verschimmelt. Achtung: Der Kaminabzug schmilzt das Regenrohr des Nachbarn durch. Brandgefahr. - Kinderzimmer: schlicht- okay und "nur" staubig. Für mich das Ekligste: das - Schlafzimmerbett. Ich habe mich über üblen Geruch gewundert- ich dachte die ersten Nächte, dass es von draußen kam- Nein- es war die komplett durchgelegene und uralte Matratze. Ich habe mich nicht getraut sie abzuziehen und habe die letzten Nächte auf auf einer Luftmatratze zugebracht. Es war einfach widerlich. Wir hatten überlegt, eine andere Wohnung zu suchen, haben uns dann aber gedacht, dass wir alles so gut es geht versuchen zu ignorieren und uns den Urlaub nicht versauen zu lassen. ERGO: einen Tag komplett geputzt, neue Töpfe angeschafft, Putzzeug gekauft und versucht, alles mit dem nötigen Humor zu sehen. Die Vermieterin ist immer gestresst und signalisiert keine Zeit zu haben... Die Kritik kommt erst 1/2 Jahr später, da die Anbieterin ihre zwei Wohnungen und ihren Wohnwagen über den Winter aus dem Angebot nimmt. Wer meint, dass wir mit der Kritik an dieser Wohnung übertreiben, dem können wir gerne Fotos übersenden.

Appartement au couer du vieux Gruissan
Logement très central situé à deux pas des commerces, bars et restaurants, vaste et lumineux, pièce à vivre de belles proportions et à la décoration sympathique. Rue à l'atmosphère festive, très animée le soir, mais calme à partir de minuit et en journée car la plupart du temps piétonne.Propriétaire charmante et attentionnée. A noter cependant la climatisation du glacier sur la terrasse bruyante, le ménage approximatif et l'état global de l’appartement à rafraîchir. Escalier très raide déconseillé aux enfants et personnes âgées.

Idéalement situé au coeur du village
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au coeur du village. Tout est a proximité marché, restaurants, épicerie et la boulangerie. Un glacier juste en dessous de bonnes glaces . Une grande pièce à vivre immense et la terrasse pour les repas et petits déjeuners parfait.Sejour au top. Et l'accueil de la propriétaire était parfait et convivial .

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, denn die Vermieterin und die Besitzerin der Eisdiele begrüßten uns und übersetzten uns ins Deutsche. Wenn Sie in der Hochsaison in Ihrer Unterkunft sind, müssen Sie sich bis Mitternacht mit dem Trubel der Straße arrangieren. Dafür ist man aber eben sehr zentral. Aber die Bäckerei, der dreimal wöchentlich stattfindende Markt und der Weinkeller der Vermieterin sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schade war jedoch die Lage der Außenluftklimageräte, so dass das Summen der Außengeräte auf der schönen Außenterrasse ständig zu hören war. Vielleicht können sie umgesetzt werden, so dass alles an der Wohnung perfekt wäre. Auch das Parken war noch nie ein Problem. Zwischen 50 und 200 m maximal, wir haben immer einen Platz. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Gruissan und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit.

Mitten im französischen Leben
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist geräumig und die Dachterrasse ist ein zweites Wohnzimmer. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum von Gruissan. Ein Katzensprung zum Bäcker Bernard, der den ganzen Tag frisches Baguettes und leckere Kuchen anbietet; der Markt ist quasi vor der Haustür und rundherum sind kleine Restaurants mit abwechslungsreichen Speisekarten. Als Sahnehäubchen gibt es im Untergeschoss eine originelle Eisdiele, die einen zu einem Café blanc oder einem leckeren Eis verführt. Wenn es nötig war, war die freundliche Vermieterin sofort zur Stelle und hat weiter geholfen. Alles in allem eine Ferienwohnung zum Weiterempfehlen. Merci Madame Santacatalina! On reviendra!

Schöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Gruissan
Die Wohnung ist in Top Lage in der Altstadt von Gruissan. Wir waren bisher fünf x in Gruissan und würden uns immer wieder für die Stadt und nicht für irgendeine Feriensiedlung, schon gar nicht für den Hafen entscheiden. Alles da, was man braucht. Klimaanlage im Wohn/Essbereich und Toilette getrennt vom Bad sind ganz sicher zwei Highlights. Je nach Windrichtung weiß man zwar, was das Restaurant nebenan so kocht. Dafür ist man halt mittendrin. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung empfehlen! 👍👍👍
