"Started out rough! As guests to this hotel, they did not allow us to make reservations at their restaurant because they were overbooked. They say that they have enough room to support their guests but they do not so we did not eat there. Had to go to the REWE to get food because there are no restaurants around this Hotel! "To start with, the receptionist gave us the wrong room and it was very difficult tocresolve as she didn't speak any English andvi didn’t speak German. But eventually we were moved to the room which looked more like we wanted. The room was excellent, roomy, clean andcthe bed was comfortable. 2 points could be improved 1.
