"We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and for a hot July temperature-wise refreshing neighbourhood. We liked the own terrace a lot even without a view beyond the courtyard. Good spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen. We did not really miss an airco as there are lots of windows to air the apartment. "Übergabe der Wohnung war eine Farce und hat Stunden gedauert, bis wir endlich rein konnten. Küche der Wohnung war komplett leer (von wenigen Tellern und Tassen abgesehen). Kein brauchbares warmes Wasser. Keine wirklich funktionierende Toilette. Die Bilder sind wohl so entstanden, dass das einzige Sofa immer wieder in andere Räume geschoben wurde und mit fotografiert wurde. Andere sichtbare Möbel waren nicht mehr vorhanden. D. h. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spartanisch. Alles in allem furchtbar."

Probably best for travelers to consider using electric bike/automobile during the stay, as public transport is not that close and the apartment is in a residential neighborhood up on a hill.
