The property was spacious and held a family of 5 with ease. It was extra supplies like dish detergent and garbage bags. We will definitely stay again if we revisit Gastonia. The only thing is a pool that would have made it 20 stars. But 5 * all the way."

"This property was not quite adequate for our needs. We were contributing a lot of food to Christmas festivities. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Both cookware, mixing bowls, utensils. Not sure how often the filters are cleaned but water tasted bad. Basi salt and pepper but nothing else. Loved the recliners!Bed was good. I would suggest routinely changing lock battery as it ran out for us on Christmas Eve. We had to leave the house unlocked when we left for Christmas Eve dinner. Heard...

"Its a big house in the woods - its very nice and comfortable. The surroundings are the woods, very serene and quiet. Not far from all amenities, you may require. The "hiker crosswalk" is the marker for the turn into the driveway. Its sorta' steep, but I cant imagine a car not being able to negotiate it. Its gravel and goes down to a small circle in front of the house. We visited relatives across the State line in SC and had a terrific stay. Would definitely stay again."

"Property owners/managers were the best. Immediately responsive to our questions. Absolutely all needs of home living was provided while so many small personal touches were evident throughout home. February stay prevented us from enjoying backyard but it was great for our four legged family member. Overall would highly recommend. Centralized for visiting Lake Norman, Fort Nill or Charlotte.
