"I mentioned this the last time we stayed in this unit, the sofa really needs to be addressed, we put pillows on it to make it more comfortably, it must replaced before we’ll stay in the unit again. That and rugs need to be replaced or cleaned. A full size coffee pot in the unit not a small hotel size. Everything else about the property is great. "

"We loved our stay. The pictures of the condo and the view don't do it justice. The corner unit and extra windows were very nice. Very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We had to move things to make room for food. 😅 I had questions before arriving and when we were leaving and got very prompt responses. I miss the sound of the ocean. Can't wait to return!"

"Loved our stay. The property was clean, well stocked and very much as it looks in the photos. All seating and the bed were comfortable. I brought toilet paper due to a previous review but it was not needed - the stocked paper was good quality. The view was excellent. It was nice to have the beach supplies included too (chairs, towels etc). Would stay again! "

"13 miles of beautiful beach accessible from the grounds of this condo building. Hear annd see the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom! Everything you need for your stay is provided- beach umbrella, beach towels, games if it rains. The old historic district of Fernandina Beach is 5 mile drive. Great restaurants too. The condo is quite comfy but somewhat dated. All in all a pleasant stay. "
