"The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...

It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. "Great apartment, comfortable beds, air conditioning was very welcome! Right near the train station which is convenient and you don't hear any noise from the trains at all. Kitchen is basic but had everything you need for simple making simple meals. We will definitely come back if we visit Maastricht again!"

"We were celebrating our children’s graduation, and this cozy spot was perfect for a home base to explore the whole region. Everything was very clean and orderly, no broken fixtures. The host was very accommodating and helpful, as was the on-site cleaning staff. Many thanks for a perfect family trip!"
