"I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was because of the annoying noise from a nearby air extractor or air conditioning unit which disturbed my sleep on my last night in...

"A beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean and with great amenities. Perfect for exploring Ljubljana, in the old town near to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining where the local sights were and supermarket etc. Would definitely recommend."

"We hadden een fijn verblijf en mochten eerder inchecken. We troffen de eigenaar bij aankomst aan en communicatie was fijn en soepel, ook vooraf per mail. Het OV stopt voor de deur, maar het centrum is ook goed aan te lopen. Supermarkt om de hoek. Accomodatie was netjes, compleet en goed verzorgd. "

"Just as pictured, a designer’s apartment with a good common area for a family. Comfortable beds, shower/bath/closet between the two bedrooms with a separate toilet. About 15-20 minutes walk into the heart of the old town. Owner was very accessible, and checkin was easy through the app info provided. A very pleasant stay."

"The location could not be any better for enjoying Ljubljana - especially along the river. "

"We loved the studio! Our host was super helpful. The studio had everything we neeeded. Easy walking from train and bus stations and easy walk to old town."

"The bed was comfortable, the location was excellent and the host was accommodating. But with some more care it would have been excellent. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. No hand soap in the kitchen. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not completely clean. There was no bracket for the shower head in a very complicated shower with no instructions."

"I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Perfect location, close to everything. The old town is 5 minutes to walk. There are many shops in that area. Good public transportation. "I was really happy with the comfortable bed, kettle and complimentary coffee and tea, storage space for luggage and clothes, even a steamer for clothes in the room, the stable WiFi, great selection at breakfast, the restaurant, the hotel’s location close to shops and the old city; the design of the shower room was not very practical / not what I would have preferred, but it was still alright. "
