"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus—convenient and in a great area to explore. "This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. Shower is beautiful, kitchen area is great, beds comfortable, and really nice coffee maker setup. The area is not particularly walkable, as you are not in the town, but the hotel is along a main road and is very easy to drive to. Great view of mountains of Bad Gastein, and only 5-10 minutes drive into town. Owner spoke perfect English, in case that's important to you. :)"

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "
