"So far this 8s the best prop3we stayed at during our Europe road trip. The place is just amazing, super clean and very well maintained. Great amenities and the shower is amazing. The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again"

"Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Vor allem der neu gestaltete Wohn Küchenbereich ist ein Highlight. Der Balkon war am Ende des Tages immer unser Ausklang. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und bei Fragen sofort hilfsbereit.Die Lage am Hang war super um mit dem Hund zu spazieren. Das Skigebiet war gut zu erreichen und hat auch viel Spaß gemacht.Unser Silvester war damit einfach traumhaft mit Platz in der ersten Reihe über Matrei."

"The property was as described it had 2 good size bedrooms, the 1 one at the rear of the property was the larger of the 2 and had the benefit of the stream bubbling past outside. The one at the front of the property was next to the main road in Saalbach and so was busy and slightly noisier but not noticeably so. The bathroom was excellent, had a lovely shower and 2 sinks too. "We had the middle apartment with the balcony at the front off the kitchen, ideal for watching village life whilst eating breakfast and catching the morning sun. We also had access to a large shared balcony at the rear which was ideal for catching the sun at the other end of the day whilst enjoying evening dinner. There were only 2 of us and the space was ample, would be okay for 4 but would be a tight squeeze for 6 We stayed for 12 nights and found Niedernsill ideally placed for all that the...

"This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."

De gastheer erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Qua spullen, zoals zitplaatsen in woonkamer, keukengerei is het huis niet voor 8 personen geschikt. Wij waren met 7 personen en kwamen tekort. "Spent 8 days in a small but well equipped and great location apartment in the Saalbach region. The apartment is close to the bike tracks, close to the town and easy parking. These was also good storage for bikes. No issues at all !!"
